1. Tickets purchased online through Ticket Master will have Ticket Master processing fees
2. Tickets purchased from HP Pavilion Box Office will have a flat fee of $3/ticket
3. VIP & VVIP tickets (Floor Level) Tickets need to be purchased from Swagat Entertainments Office @ Milpitas (Please check below for the office hours & address)

HP Pavilion Kids Policy:
Any child older than 23 months must have a ticket to enter HP Pavilion at San Jose.
