Bay Area Telugu Association is one of the leading organizations in Silicon Valley, California since 1971 and has been socially active in the community. BATA has raised funds for all natural disasters and also build a community shelter hall in Prakasam Dist. Andra Pradesh.

Sankara Eye foundation recognised by naming its registration hall after BATA. BATA has it's own Telugu Library located in Sunnyvale, California.

BATA conducts cricket cup every year other than our cultural activities and donates the money to other community organizations.
